With over 15 years of experience in public procurement, I specialize in guiding organizations through every stage of the procurement process. I spent 9 years as the Head of the Legal Affairs Sector at the Central State Office for Central Public Procurement in Croatia, managing procurements for one of the largest contracting authorities in the country. This role provided me with in-depth knowledge of procurement planning, procedural implementation, and contract management during execution.

My years of experience working at the State Commission for Supervision of Public Procurement Procedures gave me a unique insight into procurement disputes. As an Advisor, I played an active role in resolving appeals in procurement procedures, which deepened my understanding of the complexities of the procurement process.

As a public procurement trainer, I’ve had the opportunity to share my expertise and help both contracting authorities and bidders navigate the challenges of the procurement landscape.
